We welcome you as a patient and appreciate the opportunity
to provide you with medical services. We realize
that you have numerous practices from which you
can receive care and are honored you chose to place
your trust in us. Over the years, we have tailored
our personnel, office procedures, and resources
keeping in mind our goal of providing you with proficient,
professional and personable care.
The midwives and nurse
practitioner provide a full range of gynecologic
and obstetric services within their scope, referring
and collaborating with the medical doctors whenever
necessary. Due to the nature of our business, Dr.
Valentine and Dr. Sample are occasionally called away from the
office and have scheduled days out for surgery. We
find that the cooperative manner in which our team
operates in their absence does not hinder the quality
of care or attention each patient receives.
Patients are seen on an appointment basis. We make
every achievable effort to honor time commitments
and request you extend the same courtesy to us,
including silencing cell phones during office visits
and finding childcare during your appointments whenever
possible. Please assist us by arriving 15 minutes
early for your appointment.
We try our very best to stay on schedule, but sometimes
emergencies arise. If we are seriously delayed,
we will try to notify you beforehand. If a surgical
case or baby’s arrival necessarily leaves
the office short on expected providers, we always
keep in contact with our staff in order to resolve
any matters regarding your care. Our regular
office hours are:
Monday through Thursday: 9am - 5pm and Friday:
9am - 12 noon
